Our outreach

This outreach provides memory boxes to families having suffered the loss of a baby during pregnancy. Boxes may be given at the hospital upon delivery, or by personal request. Boxes include a receiving blanket, memory journal, the book, “Mommy Please Don’t Cry, There are No Tears in Heaven,” washcloth and bathing accessories, sleeper and hat, photo album, ornament, bracelet, candle, hand/footprint kit and so many other carefully handpicked items meant to assist parents in capturing and delicately preserving the memories of their departed child.

Did you know that October is  National Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month? The Missing Alexis Foundation hosts an annual Northern Kentucky Walk to Remember. This is a 1.3 mile memorial walk for anyone whose life has been touched by the loss of a baby through miscarriage, molar or ectopic pregnancy, prematurity, stillbirth, S.I.D.S. or any other form of antenatal or neonatal death.  The Walk is designed to honor and remember those babies taken from their families far too soon.
